Daryl has been at Greystone Golf & Country Club since 2008. Prior to Greystone, he owned and operated a small café serving mostly breakfast and lunch along with catering private events. While living in South Florida he worked at several fine dining restaurants from Miami to Vero Beach, then moved on to become a private chef in Vero Beach where he owned a small catering company. His Hospitality Career started 45 years ago at the age of 15 where he worked part-time for Swenson Ice Cream Parlor. Ever since, he’s kept moving on to the next opportunity: learning and growing with every new chapter in his life.
