Push, pull, squat, lunge, rotate and plank your way to better in this total body workout. From the warm up to the cool down, this multi-station and multi-modality training class will push you to find your inner athlete using the TRX Suspension and RIP trainer. (Part of Ignite Package)
A class focusing on the connective tissue system to enhance body awareness, release tension, and increase flexibility for vibrant health and pain free movement using a combination of dynamic and static stretches, yoga poses, rotational movement patterns, trigger point release techniques and foaming rolling.
This mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk.
A Hindu and spiritual ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance, and leave feeling stronger and more centered.
A traditional group indoor cycle class to challenge your heart and define your lower body. Take on the terrain as you tackle hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing, medicine balls, exercise balls, and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. Class will always end with 5-10 minutes of core and stretching techniques.
Specifically designed for members 60+ years of age who just want to feel better, move better, and live better. This 45 minute class will focus on heart health, muscular endurance, and flexibility – the 3 pathways to living the silver years with spunk.
Pilates meets yoga in this high intensity, low impact workout. Designed for every fitness level, this class offers full body toning and increased flexibility through dynamic, flowing Pilates and yoga sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
An endurance based workout utilizing the possibility of several approaches (instructor’s choice): the tabata method, the Jillian Michael’s 3, 2, 1 approach, and timed stations to name a few. The workout is a non-stop 30 minute push followed by 10 minutes of stretching and trigger point techniques designed to help you crush your fitness goals and leave feeling like a champion!
